Holy Cow - Gourmet Burger Company

A new image for the HOLY COW chain, a gourmet burger company.
We at BM Italia have been tasked with rethinking the image of this Swiss chain, starting with their first fast-food restaurant at the Centro Grancia in Lugano.
At the hands of the designer Fabio Gianoli the space is taking shape.
An "industrial" style was proposed for this rectangular space, made of exposed brick walls, dark colors and metal but the focal point is represented by the bar / ordering area located in the center of the room characterized by a luminous volume in the upper part.
Like a carousel inside an amusement park, this central illuminated block aims to attract customers and show them the menu available. The writings are inspired by the signs of old American cinemas and theaters; lighting and texts can be changed according to the different times of the day.
This first concept-restaurant in Lugano does not want to be dedicated only to the lunch break or dinner but the goal is to make it live at all times of the day.
In this regard, the spaces designed for the customer are also different, such as the lounge areas at the entrance to the restaurant, the convivial snack tables with stools but also an old foosball table, expressly desired by the customer.
Luminous writings, lighting and vintage accessories complete the restyling for this burger shop.
