Bar Amanzio in Sondrio, a reference point for aperitifs in the city and now in its third generation, reopens its doors with a completely new design, thanks to the intervention of BM Italia, a specialist in bar furnishings in Sondrio and throughout Italy.
The project, which lasted almost a year, focused not only on improving the operational efficiency of the bar counter area, but also on creating a contemporary aesthetic, without renouncing the historicity and classic charm that characterise the environment.
Bar furniture renovation: the elements
The main elements of the new design include the use of Canaletto walnut, “Venetian terrazzo” flooring, Nero Marquinia marble and velvet combined with black and bronzed metal details. Soft lighting enhances the details of the venue, while mirrored panelling increases the depth and perspective of the space.
The lounge area, made even more welcoming thanks to the new colours, is decorated with vintage prints recalling the historical brands most frequently used in the bar. A touch of elegance that invites customers to relax in a comfortable and refined environment.
The service area is distinguished by red wallpaper, echoing the colour of Campari, and a play of mirrors that creates a dynamic visual effect. The corridor connecting the bar to the adjacent pastry shop is also covered in mirrors, emphasising the floral wallpaper chosen to give stylistic continuity.
BM Italia, specialising in bar furniture, has succeeded in combining tradition and modernity, making Bar Amanzio an even more iconic and welcoming place for the local community.
