Brisket SmokeHouse: a new restaurant format in Milan
BM Italia was commissioned to design a new restaurant format in Milan: the Brisket SmokeHouse in the Navigli area. The designer Fabio Gianoli brought the project to life: BM Italia from the idea carried out the executive design, the production of all the furnishing elements and the construction management. The furnishing of the restaurant has clean and modern lines, but at the same time a warm and cosy atmosphere thanks to elements of old reclaimed wood and design objects that give it character and a lived-in style.
Design and realisation of the Brisket SmokeHouse in Milan
BM Italia created the customised furniture for the entire venue, from the bar counter to the tables and chairs, to the wall coverings. Every element has been taken care of down to the last detail to guarantee a final result that combines functionality and aesthetics, creating an inviting place for customers.

The Brisket SmokeHouse offers a unique dining experience, thanks to an Argentinean chef who will introduce you to the taste of Texas smoked meat. The restaurant is distinguished not only by the quality of its food, but also by its cosy atmosphere and sophisticated design.
