The restyling and rebranding of "Locanda Cavallino" were entrusted to us at BM Italia.
From the layout of the restaurant's kitchen systems to the complete installation of extraction, washing and equipment systems, from the supply and installation of large GICO systems as well as high-performance UNOX ovens, to the design and construction of all the custom-made furnishings for the restaurant and bar area.

In the central square of the Imbarcadero in Varenna, after a day among the beauties of the lake or for a short break, a typically Italian habit cannot be missed: a stop at the bar.
The bar of the Locanda Cavallino, a welcoming and finely furnished environment, welcomes you to sip a cold drink or a cocktail, have a snack, savor a coffee, enjoy a moment of peace and relaxation facing the lake.
