BMItalia has a creative laboratory dedicated to the programming of pastry, ice cream, catering, barman, chocolate, butcher, pizzeria courses, in collaboration with selected technical sponsors such as Aromitalia, La Macinare Lendinara, Unox, Frigomat, Sagi, Sirman, Cimee, Valko.The laboratory - OFFICINA DEL GUSTO - is an ambitious and shared project, which allows all users, participants in the training courses and those who request it to take advantage of a fully equipped and frontcooking kitchen space - in order to carry out both training and exchange between various professionals in the sector, living unique experiences in close contact with illustrious Masters.
Officina del Gusto di BMItalia has in fact had the pleasure of hosting illustrious masters: Iginio Massari, Roberto Rinaldini, Stefano Masanti, Paolo Sanguedolce, Muià Vincenzo, Roberto Carcangiu, Eugenio Moral, Stefano Ciabarri and many others, in order to further enrich the skills of those who have made their profession an art. in synergy with the Professional Training Center of Valtellina involving students and teachers to integrate training and at the same time offer a unique opportunity, to work closely with leading figures in the world of catering, pastry, chocolate, ice cream, cafeteria ...
