On the central Piazza Martiri della Liberta at number 16 in Varenna, the Cavallino Restaurant has been renewed with us at BM Italia.
From the layout of the kitchen systems, installation of systems and equipment, to the design and creation of all the custom-made furnishings for the restaurant.
